The WHEY to go!

If you're looking to pack on some good clean & mean muscle, then whey protein is the way to go.
Here are one of my great preworkout shakes.




- 1 or 2 scoops of your favourite whey protein (depending on your weight)
- 1 tsp of Olive oil
- half a cup of fat-free yoghurt
- 1 cup of apple juice

Drink this shake before every workout and you will have amazing results

Note: Follow a good balanced diet if you want to achieve your fitness goals. Get Lots of REST! Train on a program that was designed by a professional.
