SNACK TIME

A huge part of managing our weight revolves around planning our meals. The old saying goes, "If you Fail to plan..U plan to Fail".

Here's a QUICK & EASY Delicious snack to make which takes no longer than 1 minute.





INGREDIENTS
Fat Free Yoghurt
1 scoop whey protein (Chocolate) or any flavour of your choice


PREPARATION
Mix the scoop of whey protein with your fat free yoghurt.
