I started this weeks training with all Guns Blazing & then got HIT by sinus problems...Yuck! decided to not do as much this week. missed out on my mid week run and opted out of training on thurs & fri. Feeling better but i think the REST is welcome. I HAVE to be running on Sunday...It's Hill training and my last long run before Two Oceans.
The Moral of this Story.....Get Good Rest!
