Starting with Exercise (10 Key points)

10 key points to consider when starting to exercise!

1) Make up your mind that you are going to DO THIS!

2) Commit to it.

3) Seek Professional advice

4) Get a Trainer or training partner ( 80% of people who embark on an exercise prog alone, fail)

5) Set goals for yourself

6) Take responsibility  for your training ie don't blame the scale or anybody else when results don't go your way

7) Exercise @ least 3 - 4 times per week

8) Keep a food diary & re-teach yourself how to eat

9) Get GOOD Rest

10) Make it a Balanced lifestyle
