Today's Training

Shoulders
4 sets of dumbell press
4 sets of lateral dumbell raises
4 sets on TRX (Total Resistance Exercise)

Shrugs with dumbells 4 - 6 sets

Abs.....

A lovely quick session today. Nothing hectic ahead of Two Oceans on Saturday :-)
